Contact Us Before Visiting

Before you walk into any builder's model home or sales office, contact Peak Trust Realty. Builders require that your agent registers you before your first visit — otherwise they won't allow representation later.

We attend the purchase agreement signing, review every clause of the builder contract, negotiate on your behalf, and protect your deposit from the first day through closing.

The builder pays your agent's commission (typically 2–3% of the purchase price). We rebate up to 2% of that back to you at closing — as a credit or check, depending on your lender's guidelines.
