I've been in Florida real estate long enough to see the same thing happen over and over: buyers walk into a builder's office without representation, sign contracts they don't fully understand, and miss thousands of dollars in incentives and protections — simply because no one was in their corner. I started Peak Trust Realty to change that.

My focus is simple: new construction buyers and first-time home buyers. These are the two groups that benefit most from having a knowledgeable, experienced agent — and the two groups most likely to go without one. That's backwards. And it's what I'm here to fix.

As a licensed Florida broker, I hold a higher standard of accountability than a standard agent. I handle every client personally — you work directly with me, not a team of assistants or junior agents. I'm bilingual (English and Spanish), I'm licensed statewide, and I've been working with buyers across Florida long enough to know every major builder, every common contract trap, and exactly how to protect you.
