Hawkstone is one of Lennar's master-planned communities in Riverview, located off Rhodine Road in Hillsborough County. The community features single-family homes with resort-style amenities — a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and playground — and is positioned for families drawn to the Sumner High School zone and proximity to US-301 and I-75.
Home sizes range from roughly 1,500 to over 3,500 sq ft across several collections, with base prices that have varied significantly with market conditions. Lennar bundles their homes as "Everything's Included" — meaning upgrades like stainless appliances and granite countertops are pre-packaged rather than à la carte.

Hawkstone has both an HOA and a CDD (Community Development District) fee. The CDD is added to your property tax bill annually — not folded into the HOA. Ask for the full CDD schedule before signing.
Zoned for Warren Hope Dawson Elementary, Barrington Middle, and Sumner High School (Hillsborough County Public Schools — verify directly with the district).
Lennar's preferred lender is Lennar Mortgage (Eagle Home Mortgage). Incentives are often tied to using them — but you have the right to shop other lenders. Always compare.
Lennar's incentive structure changes frequently — sometimes monthly. As of mid-2026, active incentives in the Tampa Bay market have included:
