How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Peak Trust Realty LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates peaktrustrealty.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using our website or contacting us about our services, you agree to the practices described here.
When you visit the site we collect your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring website, via Google Analytics.
This is the most important thing to understand about listing a property. When we enter your listing, the property information and photographs you supply are published in the MLS and distributed to that MLS's syndication partners, which may include a large number of consumer real estate websites.
Once published, listing data and images are widely copied and cached by third parties. We cannot guarantee removal from every site that has copied your listing, and removal from some sites may take time or may not be possible at all. Please consider carefully what you include in your property description and photographs. Your showing instructions and phone number are visible to cooperating agents through the MLS.
Your payment details, listing agreement and internal notes are never published.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only as necessary to deliver our services:
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, MLS rule, or to protect our legal rights.
The site is served over HTTPS. Your listing details are held in a database that is not reachable from the public internet; all access runs through our server-side code. Uploaded photographs are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly listable, and are retrieved using short-lived signed links. We do not store card numbers at any point.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
As a licensed Florida brokerage we are required to retain transaction and brokerage records, including listing agreements and related documentation, for at least five years under Chapter 475, Florida Statutes and FREC rules. We retain other contact information only as long as needed to provide our services.
You may request deletion of your data at any time, but records we are legally required to keep cannot be deleted until that retention period expires. Listing data already published and copied by third parties is outside our control.
The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. No analytics cookies are set unless you accept.
Your choice is remembered in your browser for one year. You can change it any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, or by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Declining does not restrict any part of the site. You can browse every page, use the calculators, submit a listing and complete a purchase exactly the same — we simply won't count your visit.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including CCPA for California residents) to:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
